• Company-seafarer matching system

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your account information with anyone. You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account.

4. User Conduct

• Providing false or misleading information is prohibited
• Violating the rights of others is prohibited
• Using the platform for malicious purposes is prohibited
• Sharing spam or unwanted content is prohibited

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software of Crew At Sea are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

Crew At Sea is not responsible for the outcomes of recruitment processes conducted through the platform. Relationships between companies and seafarers are their own responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crew At Sea cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. We provide our services as is.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the terms of service. You can close your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms of service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are published.
